I would say it's lovely place for staying and exploring Phoenix. You could walk to stores and convenience stores.

Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, comfortable bed and non-smoking room. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from New Life Baptist Church.

Location, old renovated hotel, extremely friendly staff. The room was reasonably priced. Found in a lively part of the town. Small restaurant and rooftop bar on-site. Overall I had a relaxing stay and would want to stay there again.

It was spotless, I would absolutely stay here again. It had prime location, however for me the area was very very bad. Room was cool enough and well heated, bed was large:)))

I liked the absolutely perfect location and the staff was respectful!

Paid usd 5 per 24 hours to access the net, however wi-fi was quite slow.

Location was handy, staff were dedicated, friendly check-in. Our room had a big bed and a magnificent view. Reasonably priced hotel with a superb service. We loved our stay there, it was very lovely.

The hotel was business, I loved well-kept rooms and pretty friendly staff. Functional style property with brand new furniture in the rooms. The beach nearby was nice and the view was perfect.

This hotel was divine and I liked it. My DECENT experience in Phoenix. My queen room was cool, fine. A bath was spotless and everything was brand new. Location seemed ideal.
